breakfast was great and we appreciated the late check out since we had a 2pm flight.

they gave us a late check out and the breakfast and staff were fantastic!

no free wifi, no water in the room, would not allow late check out

the spa personel seemed rushed; no smiles until time to make a payment

check and drop off luggage before returning the rental car which we did but it requires paying a parking fee

pool was open and nice lounge area with a fire place

service, the room was beautiful, and clean, plenty of hot water, i loved the scenery by the pool i would book

that evening i went to the pool and i came to get new towels because she did not tell me at check in i needed to ask for pool

airport shuttle did not start until 7am and our flight was at 5am.

front desk gave us a late check out, and helped direct me to stores to buy changes of clothes because our luggage went
