i requested a late check out and heidi made that happen immediately

staff was super friendly location rooms were clean daughter loved fire pit and swimming pool

everything is exceptional and breakfast is delicious.

we liked being on the first floor! breakfast was good!

had a roll away bed (that literally was almost the size of a full and was so comfortable for my kids it fit 3 of them

out (instead of calling) that took the cake by the way then i had to find my husband (he was at laundry mat onsite) i tried to gather my things as quikly as possible

room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

much activity, there was a disturbance with another guest having their clothing stolen from the laundry, the key didn't work the first time

the guest laundry room washer was broken and the smell of marijuana was coming through the room vents

we even had an delay the next day with our business in town and they allowed a late check out

guest laundry also a bonus

this hotel, restaurant and bar certainly delivered

great location. easy walking to downtown, free ev charging.

rooftop bar was great

were kids running and yelling through the hallway very loudly until about midnight

breakfast buffet was incredible - second to none

she is the helpdesk and the room service and the security and everything else

people in the next room had a lot of kids and everytime we dozed off they would scream and hollor

he made us feel welcomed and helped us with a late check out after a rough night with our flights being delayed

the breakfast was good and the area it was served was nice

the guest laundry closed at 9pm which i think is too early
