late check out special was appreciated

only issue was the lack of towels at pool

the large spa tub with shower was very roomy and hot

the staff the hospitality host in the breakfast room was the best

pool, hot tub , breakfast, cleanliness through out.

the late check out, hockey tournament times are funny sometimes and the staff was accommodating.

was ok - we didn't have time to use the pool but look forward to it next time we visit

breakfast hrs could run a little later during week, too early for me to utilize

paid $50 for two nights to have my dog there and then was charged twice on my credit card for the pet fee

the pool had too much chlorine. the smell was so strong the kids never swam.

they also accommodated us a late check out of noon

we arrived very late. the staff were great. breakfast and coffee were great.pool great for kids.

would be nice to have the pool and hot tub open a little later say maybe 11:00 pm

beds were great, breakfast was amazing ! it was also very clean.

breakfast eggs and sausage were not that good

gave us a room with a beautiful review upon a very last minute request as well as late check out

pool and spa needs cleaning, not necessarily the water but the tiles above the water line filthy

if these 2 things were fixed it would be excellent and i would pay more to stay there cuz kids love

room was clean, comfortable beds, great shower strength, lots of offerings for breakfast, the location was walkable to several restaurants and the price was very reasonable the

there were limitations on patrons in the gym(1), the pool (16) and the hot tub(2)

i was allowed an early check in ( an hour ) & a late check out of 12:30 .

didn't offer or say anything about casino.

the swimming pool and hot tub were clean and bigger in size for plenty of room for the kids to play

pool and hot tub area are big and the hotel was clean and quiet

they let me have late check out, that was very helpful.

i love that the pet fee isn't outrageous and they have pet stations.

breakfast was decent as well

great location, very nice breakfast.

the only thing i didn't like was that there was no pool, but that doesn't really matter to me
