the location, friendliness of the staff at check in and the breakfast. late check out.

nice staff, clean room, late check out

the location is not the greatest and pool was cloudy 1st few days

when i asked for a different room i was placed directly across from the laundry room

breakfast was very good

front desk worker named guy was very friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to do a late check out

there bed and pillows so soft a beach in the back of the hotel and pool.

didn’t have hot breakfast because of the covid19 i’m guessing

couldnt open the windows to air out the room. no breakfast

everything was great, breakfast was good, room was done on time everyone were very friendly.

they gave us early check in and late check out to make us comfortable

the pool was a little small but that did not change the way we feel about your hotel or affect our stay

only thing was the pool

it was beside laundry room

were constantly smoking pot outside so you were always smelling pot if you went anywhere near the pool or in the parking lot

staff was amazing and the entire facility was immaculate

comfortable room, space, fridge, kitchen, etc.

the pool area is beautiful, and did i mention that if you bring a steak they will grill it for you

kitchen had nice sized fridge, 2 cooktop burners,

full kitchen with dishwasher

the pool was big and nice

breakfast was good

was very nice, clean, and served breakfast

only disadvantage was you heard the kids run up and down the hallway

we even needed a late check out because our vrbo was not ready for us until later that day

other activities for kids and adults

lazy river with a bar and grill within steps was a bonus

also know that there is no room service, which would seem possible, since there is a restaurant on the property

terrible wifi and cell phone reception

our flight was late and we asked for late check out

ipad in the room would not connect to spa for reservations, nor did it connect for room service

the rooms, ambiance and roof top pool, customer service & valet experience.

the staff was great, the room was also great. but the spa message was phenomenal

the kids just love the rooftop pool with the dj
