manager was very accommodating with a late check out so my daughter could stay at the room while i was at a conference

warmer pool water! it was freezing!!

the breakfast was great, good variety . the beds were comfortable.

early was never able to get anything and during evening time unable to get hot water and we had a late check out approved by the front desk and our keys were deactivated at 12pm and we ended up

been having a terrible night and i was just looking for a sense of urgency to get me and my kids to our room

requested daily room service to make up the bed and fresh towels the three days i was there and never had it done

late check out was no problem and greatly appreciated

since we had not been to lake in a while and could of stayed at a lot nicer place with our kids for the price we were charged

stayed on a wednesday so the tiki bar down by the pool was closed

we had to do a late check out for one of our rooms

slimy feeling, hot bed due to pad underneath, managers kids running around, etc

was a plus for us,kids also enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub, nothing super fancy, but cozy and quite good

the breakfast was really good. location was excellent

kids loved the pool, and it was never crowded
