i called several weeks ago to request a late check out so i could shower afterwards

accommodating to my late check out

staff/ hotel services should be more accommodating for late check out

they allow me to late check out at noon

the pool was cold

lake view, bed so comfortable and we asked for a late check out and they were so kind to give us a 12:30 checkout time that was so convenient for us

great room. good, hot, fast breakfast.

the food and how much they charge for room service

friendly staff and room service breakfast was delicious

com was problematic because it included a breakfast and dinner package

we asked for a late check out of 1 but i believe we had left by 11

the beds are so comfortable and the pool was great for the kids.

i was told we had a gym and laundry and we did not

desk let us know that it would be closed but we were allowed to go to the hotel beside it so the kids

the kids didn't have a good time there because they were freezing and that was the one thing they were

they were very accommodating about providing a late check out for our situation, which was appreciated

lovely room. very comfortable bed. nice large tv! plenty of variety at their breakfast bar.

the hallway carpet was disgusting and trash sat outside the laundry room for the two days we were there

very convenient to the interstate and casino.

our rooms were beside each other, adding an additional night at the last minute, and setting up a late check out time

the hickock bar and casino is a simple walk for drinks or pup grub

i liked these there was laundry facilities available.

if you like to gamble the casino is even closer

clean convenient to restaurants and casino..

beds were comfortable let us have a late check out.

fun was had at the outdoor pool

breakfast was good gym was closed pool is outside add stated it was open it wasnt

pool was nice and clean
