we arrived about 2:30 am and had notified the hotel ahead we would be late

only thing that would have been better is to have plates and utilities in the kitchenette

when i went to get the deposit returned, at 11:03, i was refused because of a late check out

staff was really nice when i checked in and asked for a late check out

there are plenty of tv channels available and the gym was a plus too

the bar could use some updating

unfortunately, probably due to covid the bar / restaurant is closed down but you are welcomed to bring in your own food and relax in there

wifi was not working and data was slow in the building, so it was frustrating to work online

liked that the staff were friendly and very accommodating especially with such a late at night check in

but hotel pets friendly and i m very sad because my kids have allergic for pets hairs

we were there for our son’s surgery and needed a late check out

water features in the pool were fun my kids loved them

my kids had a lot of fun in the pool

breakfast the pool and gym all really great!

breakfast offered was much better than i've experienced at most hotels

lastly the staff was very helpful and allowed us to have a late check out since we arrive later than expected

my kids will love the pool

crowded so it would have been nice to have a less crazy place to relax while watching the kids swim

running a single mom into the ground about having her reservation in by 1pm ( late check out is at one pm ) from 12- 12:45 calling every five minutes, yelling, and not allowing

the indoor pool was warm

quiet. shuttle driver was superb!

it was very clean, staff was very friendly, could not hear other guests in their rooms a d the breakfast was great

kids loved the pool and late check out time so they could swim in the morning

was nice and clean, loved the pool and the ice maker

also, we did wait an hour for the return shuttle to the hotel

the hotel bar and restaurant was great. the breakfast was also great.
