we were snowed in (chains required to leave on us 6) and were given late check out to outwait the weather

my kids loved the pool

called in the evening to order room service, but the restaurant was low on staff so i had to go pick it up - a minor inconvenience

the staff was very nice! we loved the indoor pool.
