beds were comfortable let us have a late check out.
fun was had at the outdoor pool
outer doors not locked, pool and gym “out of order”, free breakfast was minimal
service was great. breakfast was good! it was a clean hotel.

our rooms were beside each other, adding an additional night at the last minute, and setting up a late check out time
if you like to gamble the casino is even closer
close to gas stations, fast food restaurants, presque isle casino and erie zoo
the casino, restaurants, bars, and shopping centers were we're virtually minutes away
easy to park my boat.

they were very accommodating about providing a late check out for our situation, which was appreciated

couldn't use the gym couldn't use the laundry
very clean and great breakfast and there are a lot of places to visit
has a pool, check in and out were easy, room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker

we asked for a late check out of 1 but i believe we had left by 11
breakfast was very good
found a dirty sock from previous guest mattress was lopsided reception area/lobby included laundry room- strong bleach fumes, not welcoming
it was great that we could use the laundry at the sister hotel, overall a really nice experience and a good value
laundry didn’t work well, unfortunately though i was glad it was there

lake view, bed so comfortable and we asked for a late check out and they were so kind to give us a 12:30 checkout time that was so convenient for us
liked that it was by the lake and easy to get to the conference center for daughters gymnastic meet
gym had broken equipment
the pool and spa are spotless
the wi-fi they came right to the room to help, needed a menu they brought it right to the room, room service was excellent

i called several weeks ago to request a late check out so i could shower afterwards
accommodating to my late check out
they allow me to late check out at noon
staff/ hotel services should be more accommodating for late check out
