i was very happy for an automatic late check out (noon) and coffee in the morning

indoor pool was too cold to swim in

breakfast was good, had coffee available all day

breakfast could have been better

to be honest the breakfast wasn't good. it's convenient and fills you up, but just not tasty.

they were even extra accommodating to my needs of late check in and late check out, including holding my bags for a few hours until i got picked up

the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

we could even ask, she upgraded us to an accessible room, which also was perfect for having 3 kids, including a 1 year old

it also had a parking lot that could accommodate my car and trailer

breakfast was exceptional as well, best complimentary one ive had

i was in town for a work event and couldn't check in until late

what’s more, the free guest laundry and fitness center is in really good condition

i love the kitchen that area and the design of the suite

i enjoyed the all in one room for myself, with kitchen included... : )

everything was very clean and the laundry/fitness facilities were excellent

reason for being there was delayed unexpectedly, they were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out

i asked for a late check out and they gave us until 1230

this same person that i ask for a late check out tild me he would give me till 12 noon

worked nights, would only give me a 30 minute late check out.

the heating unit was noisy. i didn't like that late check out is not available.

they allowed my father to have a late check out and stay in his room

i arrived around 11pm needing a late check out next day in order to arrive at a late meeting

the room and the breakfast was great the cook is outstanding.

this hotel because of the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and the amazing breakfast bar and chef  and from scratch muffins

staff was absolutely wonderful, check in and check out was a breeze, and they gave me a late check out without any problems

was great with the exception of one person and that was ashley she was very rude i asked for a later check out before i arrived and got an email saying back showing that the hotel received it

facility and rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful

was our wedding night and there were kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors all night and morning

on the same floor as nosiey college kids slaming there doors and screaming that was the only thing wrong

it would have been nice if the pool was a little larger and deeper.

no mention of late check out fee when i asked for late check out. from the staff at the hotel.
