the late check out time was good, because we had a a noon check in time for our cruise

housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 mon and we had late check out

the top floor of the hotel has a great bar restaurant with spectacular view of the city

up in room including the clean and modern pot, comfortable beds and great pillows, lovely rooftop bar and

the lobby area was well outfitted with seating for adults and games for kids and families

start to finish: sending the shuttle, driver, getting a room ready quickly and happily allowing late check out

offered me a late check out and room upgrade

i said i would ask for a late check out at 12noon and hour later

i was accosted verbally for late check out and the staff was unreasonable

com i also have a letter from her stating that she was giving us 10% back for a late check out and for all our inconveniences this property does not have a pool that is up and

heat didn’t work they left the widows open so we were freezing all night and i had my kids the pictures looked nothing like the actual place and also after the supposedly fix the heat
