staff allowed for a late check out to accommodate compromised travel due to storm

pool not open. but that's not the hotels fault

place we have stayed there multiple time and always a great experience the kids my wife and i love walking out by the lake every morning looking for lake glass

we were also able to walk to restaurants and shopping so did not have to worry about parking

parking for guests is somewhat limited but might be because of the snow.

our arrival through a late check out, the hotel and its staff were kind, welcoming, gracious and high caliber

was a little pricey, but worth it for the kids to have access to the pool and breakfast for our family of 5

the rooms are standard sized and priced well, and the pool area is smaller but set up nicely

we loved the pool and hot tub

didn't use gym or pool but looked nice

there was never a problem extending my stay or getting a late check out

for a late check out because we didn't check in till after 11 , house keeping open our door 2 times

had fun shooting pool in the lobby

was nothing i didn’t like other than the fact that the gym and the pool were shut down because of the quarantine

breakfast was great, room very nice with hardwood floors, pool decent.

they offered late check out which helped us out a lot since we were going sight seeing and didn't think we would

the location and that a late check out was available especially our prior evening kids lock-in and graduation

we also enjoyed the fact they offered late check out, all in all we had a great time and its a good place , really wish there were more

only downside was that i called the front desk to ask for a late check out

it was very clean and close to a door and i was able to have a late check out

the hot tub was across and down the hallway from the pool and was very very small.

great staff, beds were comfortable room was very clean, good breakfast.
