he was able to get me an early check in and assisted me with the check in process

to covid unfortunately the restaurant, bar, pool, room service and other amenities were not available, the rooms are hard to get to, it s like a

wifi wasn t working at all which was a disaster for my kids and my mom

i was hoping for a late check out, but understood why not

access the phone in the room, and there wasn't any info on how to use the phone or access the room service, and supervisors have been non responsive in responding to questions pertaining to

room service

pool should be warmer both in the area and water

location is good and availability of laundry
