was all very nice the grandchildren got the swim in the pool two different occasions and they got to go to the beach and play on the beach on two different

the staff was very slow, phone did not work, cords not plugged in, wifi did not work, had to use hotels next

no towels and went down to tell the guy he said sorry they have not done laundry yet so he gave me beach towels which is fine it s only to shower with big gaps in back
