i was able to check in a bit earlier they expected, and was able to have a late check out

the pool was closed but the rooms were great.

i requested for late check out whoever possible because due to unique situation i had that day, and they gave me

real exciting beautiful place no signage on anything where amenities were located eg swimming pool places to

couldn t call in advance to check on early check in or later that evening to request extra

asked for late check out and it was granted however the morning of we had to leave at the regular check out

front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodated our request for a late check out

liked that we never heard our neighbors, the elevator, the laundry machines, so concluded the hollis was well insulated

out of drinking and dancing we wanted nothing more than to sleep in and take full advantage of late check out

had appt at hospital had to wait 5 hours to go back have us a late check out

front desk guy was awesome and accomodated me with a late check out !!! super props to him !!

pool and the gym where down, do to recent renovations

staff is amazing, the front desk staff are extremely nice and personable, and they gave me a late check out when my bus back home was delayed

the location is excellent. enjoyed working out in the gym. the staff is wonderful.

complaints other than our room was above the pool and we were woken up early by the screams of kids in the pool area
