they were quick to fix the situation and since we were ihg members we were accommodated with late check out since we had a late flight out

inns; i got there at about 4am (i informed hotel we were driving in from nyc) & requested a late check out, i was told that couldn’t happen~ maids had to get in & clean room for the next

for any purpose, they have a mini kitchen and the sweets, you can get work done if you're on a business trip there's a nice desk in

room size, the price, and the updated kitchen, sink ,etc

feel the breakfast was good but more hot options than just so many hot eggs and oatmeal

states it has shuttle service to airport i needed the shuttle at 5:30am and it doesn’t start till 7:00am

front desk was super nice, i had questions about valley parking, pool and late check out and everyone was friendly and explained everything to us

beautiful hotel and very clean. the pool and jacuzzi on the roof had a great ocean view
