only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked so it took 2 hours to do 2 loads of laundry

laundry and drink and snack machine had to go to office every single day i stayed there cause room

issues with laundry machine, pool didn't open at time posted on sign. no coffee pot in room

the room was very comfortable, the gym very nice, and the pool much better than normal for this type of property

the staff was so awesome and allowed us a late check out so that the kids could play at the pool

lifeguard wasn’t always there, so the kids couldn’t always use the water slides - which are a main attraction
