they even let us have a late check out with no trouble

flower boxes and grounds, great indoor pool, cafe nearby with the best croisssant egg, ham and cheese sandwich, friendly staff, laundromat

wonderful place for dogs and kids

the last night of our stay we needed to do some laundry while we enjoyed the outdoor pool

at all levels—wide variety of activities;tennis courts;heated swimming pools;hot tub;laundry;plus —-transportation to restaurants

staff was great, late check out.

we loved the location, convenient to everything. so much for kids to do.

hallways in the hotel get a little loud with excited kids

an indoor pool would be nice but it was amazing regardless

it had laundry and a continental breakfast

they had a continental breakfast for us of a morning

breakfast isn't the best in the world but you definitely have options that i was satisfied with

laundry facilities were off site at the koa

it was also no problem getting late check out

pool area was excellent

missed a few spots, in the spa bath and around the toilet

bummer for me because i was traveling with three kids so one had to stay in the floor

room was located next to the laundry room and the machines rattled my room like an earthquake most of the first night i was

our room was next to the hotel laundry room and the floor shook

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. staff was helpful and kind.
