they even gave me an extra 1/2 hour late check out which was so kind and much needed

also, i got done with my class early and it was raining hard so i called to see if i could get an early check in

great food, great staff, used the shuttle service and was able to get a late check out.

you expect other guests in the establishment, of course, but you don’t want to hear their kids screaming, their tvs blaring, & their dogs barking

great location, fantastic room. free shuttle to amtrak station

shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful

oh, and close to the college (10 min drive) and the shuttle to autzen stadium

ask for a late check out, which was honored.

false fire alarm at 5 am that scared the heck out of my kids and no notification that it was a false alarm so we were rushing to get out

i loved where our room was located, next to the gym and right near the entrance

even offered me a 1pm late check out after taking my friend in for surgery in the area
