staff was very accommodating when we asked for specific room and late check out

nothing pool was dirty

the staff was friendly. great breakfast.

from front desk staff , housekeeping to breakfast lady was so friendly

daughter woke up with a migraine, i asked the front desk for a late check out,and it was not a problem they were very understanding

was very positive, friendly…even though we arrived at midnight( night feb 25-26) women at the kitchen was helpful during the breakfast

room was bigger than we expected and even had a little kitchen

pricey. dirty laundry left in bathroom

room 217 - it's next to the guest laundry room

we had a late flight and they were able to give us a late check out

staff, computer with printer availability, pool, new activity ground and late check out accommodation

us and offered to clean the room or move us, removed the resort fee, and they gave me a late check out so they def made up for the bad start

resort was fantastic there were so many activities including a huge pool

gym and other facilities as well
