the girl at the counter was also very nice and understanding and graciously granted us a late check out

included and nadia on the front desk was excellent - friendly and helpful with transport, early check in, explanation of facilities etc

i loved how the seating areas were, games, bar etc

was nothing we didn't enjoy, we didn't use the bar but it looked nice and there was always someone there

quality rooms, loved the decor, and appreciated the late check out the hotel is also super close to all the action of beale street and near a walking

loved everything they had to offer from room service at the pool side to room service for simply ice

they had a laundry room that didn’t even work, the ice machine didn’t work nor did the drink

laundry facility across the road to do our washing, clean facilities and accessible by public

they have good customer service if they have the ability they will award you with late check out

dirty floors, dirty walls, ripped up pool chairs, trash in the halls, old food in the room's frig

from going onto floor, homeless people and trash outside, hallways and entrances filthy, outdoor pool unopened, breakfast was late getting set up

did not like the fact on here it said they had a pool, fitness room and free breakfast we get there and there was a sign saying they discontinued

pool advertised, but was closed
