to move our stuff while we were out (to the 4th floor) but instead gave the people in that room a late check out so we had to stay in our room with our stuff packed for an hour in wet clothes

pool is great especially for kids

the room was beautiful. bed was great. breakfast was awesome, especially the omlets

wifi was spotty in the room. fine in the common areas

the wifi is strong everywhere except in the rooms

we really enjoyed the inner area where you could just chill with turtles :) also you can have a late check out/4pm for 300pesos

loved our stay here, we were given an early check in

let me know where i can dry my scuba gear and let me use their facilities after check out as a late check out was not possible due to arriving guests)

the assisted us with laundry and hiring a scooter

you can drop off your laundry at the reception and it will be taken away and brought back the next day

a kitchen would have been great

although dinner and breakfast are included - it is no buffet, there is a contract with a nearby restaurant, where the

helpful staff the pool view rooms are quiet and comfortable

hotel has own restaurant where breakfast is served

we even got a late check out

quiet respite around the indoor pool.

the room was very clean and comfortable and the garden and pool were beautiful

some rooms are small but we have upgraded to a bigger room by the pool which was excellent

allowed us an additional 2hr late check out for flight

we loved the comfortable beds, air conditioning,, rooftop pool and bar

the room, the location and the service! and the pool, omg!

there is a bar on the roof which is nice, but could do with being a bit better stocked

the pool hours closing at 9:30pm at least till 11pm would be perfect.
