we called to extend our stay to a late check out ('12 noon) and they called me at 11:30 to ask if i was checking out

the pool was very tidy and clean at all times

the breakfast needs improvement

mind - maybe one item will develop as the world expands back to normality will be more options at breakfast

hallways floors, air condition filter needed to be changed - bad smell precluded usage, wifi would not work for me or other guests, shower was dated and had a fair amount of hard water

everyone at the water table bar and restaurant also made our dinner very delightful

check-in they tell you there is an adult pool and kids pool

love the food (room service breakfast of avocado toast) and final night, dinner at watertable

limited menus at the bar and grill and the water table

clean, beautiful room and bathroom. allowed for a late check out.

swimming pool looked a bit dirty at night and too many people using it during the day

good thing the hotel has a great shuttle service

they have shuttle bus to 3miles within radius.

big kudos to sumner (not sure about her position) accommodating my request late check out (+) melody at reception went out of her way to accommodate us with a late check out

nice breakfast and plenty enough parking space

no problems during my stay other than the staff who approved my late check out didn't write that down for the next staff member coming on because the next morning

i was only disappointed to find that they wanted to charge 40$ for a late check out at 12 noon!!

free day since i could not sleep since the noise was so loud are at least not had to pay for late check

kindly offered us an early check in, and in addition staff also accommodated our request for a late check out

i didn’t like the no breakfast no pool policy

we wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the pool, the basketball court, and the outdoor grill

plus, the breakfast was amazing

and a couple of times leaving for breakfast and going to the pool had to wait every time about 10 minutes for the maintenance person to open the door
