was very nice to be able to check into our room early and we had a later flight leaving and accommodated late check out for us as well

the laundry room in every block is amazing

we asked for a late check out and were allowed until 12pm complimentary

made several requests like early check in and late check out and location of room

they helped with late check out

luckily they allowed us to do a late check out so we got an hour of extra sleep

hotel was well located, great room, good gym and awesome pool staff

dogs walking around, late check out time, let us keep our bags somewhere fro a few hours as plane left much later after

the room and bathroom was cleaned and i loved the late check out

we stayed the night before easter and to our surprise the hotel had preparations for our kids for easter morning

the outside pool and gym are quite upset us

they have a shuttle to transport you to and from, and they have a universal rep right at the hotel for tickets

nice gym facilities as well

we didn’t ask for a room change because we arrived late and were very tired

got in later than expected 4am and the safe was really friendly and nice about checking us in and even let

com to have a late check out, answer came at 2pm on the day of check out, not helpful

travel in orlando for over 10 years for family vacation, this is the first time my wife and my kids were over excited out our stay
