their pool was very clean and they provide towels at the pool

for being particularly rude and unwilling to help a room change due to noise coming from guest laundry at midnight

we did not have the breakfast we had a very late check in and was given a late check out.

employee in the bar area is the best

the breakfast bar had great choices and offered more than other hotels
