i was willing to pay to recieve a late check out and they let us stay an extra hour past check out at no additional charge

breakfast exceeded my expectations, the smokehouse restaurant on site was fantastic and the pool facilities were excellent

we do not do the free breakfast at hotels we stay at, it’s mostly cereal and carbs

the recreation room and indoor pool are too small

pool is very small but we still enjoyed it

the hotel is in a great location that is ideal for bar hopping at night

and charging us for breakfast for our daughter it was on our booking that the our kids were 13 and 15 so we should’ve had breakfast vouchers for all four of us

was hoping to get a late check out, but the gentleman that was there for checkout was pretty straightforward about that

i apologized for the last minute request explained what was going and asked if we could have a late check out so my kids and i could be comfortable waiting for our ride and the kids could change

very convenient. we requested a late check out and they gave us an extra 2 hours.

were a lot of loud kids in the hotel, but of course that’s not the hotel staff’s problem

swimming pool was a hit with the kids and the breakfast bar especially the pancakes

i love the kitchen and gym

free parking, very spacious room, comfy bed, free laundry room. everything was excellent

i love that the room had a full kitchen. and they use dove products in the bathroom.
