we were allowed a late check out, which was a big help for my group

only area that i have observed that could stand room for improvement is that the parking area could use more ice melt, shoveling, plowing etc during the cold weather for safety

would be nice if more parking available or numbered lots for each room.

was a beautiful property wish it had continental breakfast and pool but it was beautiful nonetheless

eggs at breakfast not warm enough and could have had a little more variety including bacon.

and the gym has 3 sets of dumbbells, it would have been nice to have a little more for a morning workout

really liked everything about the hotel although i did wish that the downstairs bar area would have been open considering it was the super bowl and the hotel was pretty crowded

had a family medical emergency and they gave use late check out upon request

a grab bar would have helped immensely
