i got to get a late check out

the front desk representative kindly let me have a late check out

keepers pounding on door at 9:30am when i payed for late check out, fire alarm went off at 10 am and then the tv went out so my son couldn’t watch

great pool and comfortable bed

i like the idea that laundry room was open all nite a little dirty but other wise all good..

we asked for a late check out due to our later flight and they gave us extra time

no access to restrooms from the pool area. not sure where pool towels were kept if any.

the only thing was the parking, got back at 7 pm and not one spot around to park

they offer a late check out and even offer carts to assist with taking your luggage from and to your car

disappointed with the shut down of the pool but understand things happen

the pool area is clean and peaceful with not too many people in it at one time

was colorful and the huge pool was heated comfortably and the jacuzzi was a treat

everything! the courtyard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. the gym is nice also.

bbq areas, ping pong table and a safely fenced in pool area are all within the courtyard

guests hung their towels & personal laundry outside on the lawn chairs outside their rooms

separate bedroom nice little kitchen area very clean

it also had a laundry room and each room had an assigned parking space

i needed early check in and late check out. staff was very helpful and obliging to me.
