friendly staff, no pet fee, comfortable bed

no problems at all with early check in and the request for a new room

we opted to pay for the late check out(must do)

we all love about it is the activities for the kids, not just the pool

there is so much to do, many activities for kids of all ages, awesome supervision at the water park, and many food options

staff, the activities that were available to the family, the amount of activities for the kids to do, the cleanliness of the rooms

everything was great we sure enjoyed or stay and my kids had lot of fun.

in my last review that it struck my fiancé and i as strange that there was no bag for dirty laundry (which cheap hotels and motels actually provide), and no liners in any of the trash cans

while i’m line i overheard a lady attempting to purchase laundry soap even if it was from the maids

loved how they made me feel at home and the breakfast was great the staff were very on top of things

room was very comfortable, and the pool water was just the right temperature
