check out seems early tried to do late check out

we took advantage of the weight room at the resort, the outdoor pool there is not heated

outside with kids at night during blizzard in pools and jacuzzis

the gym needs some improvement, and some units need fresh paint and new carpet.

they do have a pool and laundry which we did not avail ourselves to

acted as a concierge making our stay wonderful and letting us know about all the dining options, late check out, etc

the bed in the victorian spa suite was comfy and i loved the wrap-around curtains encircling it

great location and room. kids had a good time and was a lot of fun.

our room overlooked the golf course and had a fantastic view

the name of the woman on reception in the monring as she was also wonderful and helped us with late check out so that we could go for a run

very clean, new, quiet, gym available, location.

restaurant and bar in hotel and very clean

the pool was lovely and the gym had what i needed

in the shopping mall strip but also close enough to story land for the kids as well as the indoor water park (3 min drive) down the road

it was close to shopping, they were great with a late check in and have a late check out

we were able to walk to mini golf and dunkin's was a 30 second drive

and breakfast is always so delicious

the blueberry muffin restaurant is so conveniently located on the premises for breakfast and the food is absolutely delicious

staff was great room was cozy girls loved the pool

the gym is perfect with tv and full channels, and a window to look out at the snow

excellent lodging complete with a wonderful breakfast

has a pool with a hot tub and a gym, which were almost empty when we visited in the beginning of november

were really helpful especially singh that helped us with everything we needed (laundry issues, late check out and more)

there was adequate space for parking with a trailer.

was find for me the only think that i think is not good is the pool to much clorox not good for babies

breakfast was more than what i was expecting

never bothered by typical hotel noise breakfast was great every morning staff was very friendly hotel and room were very clean free calls
