time our flight was cancelled twice over christmas and buena vista let us have an exceptionally late check out which was a huge blessing with our toddler rather than waiting hours and hours at

the restaurant staff were very efficient and the manager accommodated my late check out

drive, you can be in the jungle with amazing sunsets, peace and quiet, good food/good drinks, a pool

great place to watch sunset on the last night of our holiday, interesting craft beers at the bar (especially the smokey one), restaurant

also, the breakfast was full service (not just continental) and included in our price

the staff were so kind and allowed me super late check out!!

the refreshment and snack area by the reception was expensive for drinks and only crisps or chocolate nothing else

we slept in the container. staircase was a little sketchy. wouldn’t recommend for small kids.
