good location, late check out time (noon)

was near the caverns, the pool was nice and lots of sunbeds

we did get a new room, we b is bought a few groceries that needed to go into the freezer and our kids were tired, hungry and grumpy but we were locked out of our room for nearly 2 hours

staff was great and kindly allowed a late check out for work purposes
