early check in and late check out aren't options, we were welcome to use the facilities the day we arrived after 10 am

if u had waiters around the pool serving drinks and apetizers would be better

loved the salon, golf cart and ease of booking day trips

was disappointed to find out that although it advertised mini golf and tennis you had to pay a fee to use these options

walking distance to pool area and beach, internal shuttle bus, very nice breakfast restaurant, bar with life

arrived very late and the front desk personnel, april, was amazing in checking us in fast and helping us book

we are a family of 4 (2adults 2 kids), i chose this hotel only because they had bunk bed for my kids and a double bed for adults

lack of sunbeds (4) service in bar - no white wine, ran out of red after 2 glasses!!
