they let us have a late check out with no extra charge

awesome brand new serenity swimming pool and a wonderful kiddie pool

the pic of the kitchenette looked absolutely beautiful, it was just ok

staff friendly and accommodating,,,especially ashley at the pool bar and jasmine the host,,,

they allowed late check out until 2pm on sunday

were dirty was left over room service food and dishes for several days staff at the front desk did not know how to extend

had put in late check out abs had staff walk right in room

we did have to change rooms the a/c wasn’t working properly but we were given a late check out
