a hotel bar would have been appreciated

nothing, i couldn’t find the bar - my fault not theirs!

it would have been perfect if had a bar on site...but was one next door.

being located near a main intersection, the room was quite noisy. no access to wifi.

good wifi and shower. room was ok size.

it had character and was right in the middle of town with a bar at the bottom of the hotel where you could get a drink or some delicious homemade cake

there was aircon but i preferred the fresh air and bustling atmosphere from the cider bar opposite

excellent location and the staff were very helpful when we asked to change room and requested a late check out

we went to reception to ask if we could pay for a coffee from the breakfast bar but they would not allow it which was annoying

the allowed us to check in early and they have a late check out at 12 which was brilliant

parking needs planning,best use one of the underground public car parks,not expensive,pool not available for non spa users, couldn't find any gym facilities

maybe just be clearer on booking that the pool is part of the spa and incurs an extra charge
