i needed a late check out to attend a tour and they were very accommodating

checked in late and staff were very hospitable in showing us to our sweet after we checked in

rooms are so private seems like if you are in your own home, very nice, they also allow us for a late check out which was a plus to us with 2 kids and all you know it can be tedious

suite was perfect. big and comfortable. easy access to outdoor areas and pool. quiet.

the kitchen could’ve been a little bigger maybe even have a stove

room was very clean and staff was friendly and able to accommodate our early check in/late check out

no need for a kitchen or wi-fi as you should be out hiking whenever possible

location, accept early check in, office offered blanket for my dog and quiet.

there was a separate living room and a functional kitchen area including a microwave and fridge, and even a fireplace

suite had great separate sleeping spaces and lovely little kitchen, plus gas fireplace

also they allow us to late check out, no problem at

we needed a fan in our room and she gave us one out of the laundry room

room was clean, loved spa tub, the bed was not to hard or soft just right

got a free upgrade. laundry facilities. nice view.

variety of hot items and cereals and muffins staff were very accomodating helping me with a late check out request sunset viewing area was

in the sedona/oak creek village area close exceedingly early (8 pm), so if you're traveling with kids be sure to plan ahead

the kids love the wooded area in the back close enough to all the hikes and sightseeing but also far

a bit far from shopping. no laundry facility in the unit.

no washer/dryer, i have never stayed in a big resort like that without laundry facilities

the restaurant on site is pretty good, the coin operated laundry room is convenient, and access to the creek is very easy
