it wasn t busy even on a weekend - easy parking and 10 min walk from the center of cabourg

the games were great and there was space and a late check out

the swimming pool was good and easy to get to and parking very good

the parking was very good with lots of spaces and them also being a very good size

though breakfast was very good but a little over-priced.

the rooms are comfortable (and there's easy access with a lift); everything is very clean; wifi is very (-)it's hard to find low points - the wifi occasionally dropped but was mainly excellent. (-)wifi is too slow. (+)location, value for money, facilities, good breakfast selection, excellent wifi, closeness of parking (if parking overnight only it may be cheaper to pay car park directly) (-)a minor niggle the wifi doesn't really reach the furthest rooms :-) (*)too hot to hold. no cup handles. no wifi first day. no bar of soap no wash clothes. (-)wifi in room non existant, safe box not working, expensive breakfast (-) the room was tiny and the wifi was almost non-existent

central location close to all amenities - walking distance to tourist sites, bars & restaurants

bar was well stocked and again staff willing to help when requiring a drink

daily room service was excellent

he even granted us a late check out because he could tell how stressed we were

cleanliness, the location, easy access to the property, even though we didn t used the kitchen but i like the living room and kitchen facilities
