i asked if i could have a late check out of just 30 minutes and they said if i was so much as 1 minute late checking out they

spacious apartment with double bed and sofa bed. good kitchen and huge bathroom

only stayed for 1 night & kids used the sofa bed which wasn't great but fine for 1 night

bed settee for kids and double for us

seems to be being used to house families which in itself isn't a problem, but kids and adults shouting at 8am on a sunday morning isn't great for other guests

i asked for a late check out and this was no problem

we traveled with 2 kids and hotel took care about them too with kids beds

we then went to the bar and had a drink in their lovely garden

selection, my brother really enjoyed the bitter, nice whiskey and brandy to finish the night bar team / restaurant team - outstanding - its clearly a very popular place, busy on a wednesday

you could also request a late check out (an extra hour) for £20

the restaurant and bar was comfortable

a bit of from the bar ( music) but it did not go on too late so it was not unacceptable

generous room size, tea and coffee facilities excellent, breakfast great, ample parking, bar and food great

away so didn’t arrive to check in until after 9pm, on arrival there was a live singer in the bar and a really good vibe throughout, they even got us a dinner sorted even tho the kitchen was

com offers offering a free upgrade and late check out till 11am

bar was advertised as 24 hr but closed just as we d arrived back to the hotel between 11-12 pm

also i have asked the receptionist to request the room service to clean my room

pool, gym, restaurant, all very good

loved the late check out time of 11 as we were in no rush

unfortunately there needs to be more bar staff in the evenings to stop the hugh

although we didn't drink at the bar it looked lovely and was nicely decorated

noise of the lorry park next door

bit dismayed to find that there was a huge lorry park attached, as well as a large carpark
