we were having car problems and they helped us find a car dealer and let us have late check out with zero problems

we were also granted a late check out quite painlessly

pool is alot of fun kids loved it and the bar area is nice for adults

short staffed and shuttle wasn’t running

the shuttle service wasn't available most of the time

we didn't get to swim but i liked the fact that they had a little water park inside

from the comfort of the bed to the gentleman drew at check in to them giving us a late check out was amazing

rate for medical reason. nice clean rooms. staff very friendly. great breakfast.
