they allowed us a late check out, so that we could work the next day from our room
the pool could be a little warmer.
didn't like the hotel having smoking rooms or smoking in casino, but overall very nice place to stay
you had to go down to the casino and get the food
the snack bar has a nice variety and food was good

staff member i met greeted me politely and they were able to accommodate my request for a late check out
breakfast was amazing, omelette made to order
our room was a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen and sleeper couch and tv
dust on the vent in the bathrooms and the carpet didn't appear to be thoroughly vacuumed nor kitchen/bathroom thoroughly mopped
hotel was very nice, was in the perfect location and had a nice bar attached to it

i still miss free continental breakfasts!
laundry was being folded in the lobby, not a good practice
the pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean
the pool water temperature was extremely cold!

we arrived late in the evening and they gave idea late check out
it was in the perfect location if you were planning on bar hopping for the night
newly remodeled. nice bar and restaurant area.
liked everything especially the lady who worked in the bar she was very friendly and could not do enough for us, she made our visit very pleasant indeed a
got checked in late and the staff made sure i had something to eat even though the kitchen was closed

the room to see for myself, they then charged me $100 for my kids room and an additional $30 for late check out because we were 45minutes after 11
bathroom and side sink and spa bath
the bed was okay and the fact we got a suite with spa was nice.
wish they still had the pool.
the pool smell was really strong, the continental breakfast wasnt stocked very well.
