the agent held the room for me until my delayed arrival at 4am. he offered a late check out

the pool is great, it never seems crowded during summer, but usually a family or 2 having fun

not to mention the restaurant & bar lounge right next door that connects to the first floor of the hotel

birthday without children for the first time in forever and he added complimentary drinks at the bar which was really kind

too much noise from people passing in the corridor going to the pool and also can hear kids screaming

housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 mon and we had late check out

was attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the topside restaurant and bar was delicious

the lobby area was well outfitted with seating for adults and games for kids and families

the top floor of the hotel has a great bar restaurant with spectacular view of the city

late check out and a large room..staff was great

loved having a mini kitchen in our room!

the gym is apparently open 24/7 but i wasn't able to get in at night with my key card

the late check out time was good, because we had a a noon check in time for our cruise

bar was closed also maybe because of covid but not having even ala-cart breakfast or coffee was a

great location- great staff- comfy beds- great gym

the pool was an added bonus especially during the winter

then i ordered room service and it took an hour when they said no longer than 45 minutes and the molten chocolate

the room service meal was very generous. the view of the ballpark was awesome.
