we rented 2 rooms, daytime front desk let us do a late check out on 1 room so kids could swim

wished breakfast had more of a selection and the pool hours be extended

no eggs for breakfast otherwise ok

beautiful facility and golf course. room was outstanding, except it backed up to the elevators.

the only negative point is the casino

my only suggestion would be to improve the sports bar and the gift shop

was no late check out available, so i paid for an extra night just to have a couple extra hours of rest

vicky made sure we had everything we needed from pool towels, ice (wasnt available through ice machine due to covid restrictions), and just helpful

it wasn't a crack-tel like others in the area..it was comfortable having my kids there

from the breakfast with vegan options as well (very rare at most hotels) to the communal gym, my stay was enjoyable

charm and close to redlands shops and restaurants; they keep this super clean; we needed a late check out and they were very accommodating; nice full breakfast
