i payed for a late check out and when i voiced my complaints to the gm faith because she asked, she told me that

had a gym on site, billiard table and nice receiving area

it was tight with 2 adults and 2 kids

we really appreciated the late check out included and the earlier breakfast on family and graduation days

enjoyed the breakfast and the location. close enough to the things we were wanting to do.

pool was not open, gym was very tiny

covid. so pool was clue and so was breakfast

for a one day and night stay this was a nice affordable small hotel, that offered early check in

lastly, there was no room service available, which is odd for a resort of this quality

the other complaint is that i called ahead of our trip to find out if laundry facilities were on the property and was told no and even upon arrival i asked if laundry

we were given a late check out so we could spend more time at the beach

they advertise golf cart rides are available for beach access

it is nothing but price gouging, also charged us 50/day for a pet fee and a daily $5

upon arrival we had a miscommunication regarding our pets and the staff (front desk woman) was very accommodating

at the front desk met my late check out needs on sunday so we could go to church and return to change and pack for departure
