the hotel is immaculate, loved the décor - it's quirky and cosy

they had a kitchenette which we didn’t use, but it was nice to have

kitchen was great too and the coffee machine was a surprise

the kitchenette was very handy with our kids. lots of space too.

at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well as a late check out

the dinner presentation is exciting together with a lovely breakfast

the restaurant and the room service were wonderful

was no room service, thats a huge disappointment for a five star hotel
