we needed late check out, and staff could only give us one extra hour, but our plane was not leaving for 6
close to airport and town. sunrise was nice. allowed us a late check out.
right next to lydgate pools for some decent snorkeling and safe swimming, especially if you have kids with you
food at the restaurant was decent and very easy with the kids
we enjoyed the pools and hot tub, the gym, the tiki bar (expensive but tasty drinks and food) and the general ambience of the hotel

no late check out, security came and kicked me, the wife and baby out
kids had a blast in the pool
location on the golf course, nice pool and hot tub, super accommodating staff, and wonderful daily resort

we were trapped in quarantine by late results, and our own hotel wouldn't take us
very friendly and helpful staff. nice breakfast buffet.

they let us check in early when we unexpectedly arrived early, gave us free laundry detergent when they saw we had a bag of laundry with us, and just seemed genuinely happy to

front desk male on evening shift rude when i requesed late check out
we didn t have a chance to eat at either tidepools or the atevenson library, so can t comment on those, but i was surprised by the overall lack
nice to have complimentary laundry facilities because suits did not dry due to humidity

manicured landscapes and surf instruction were great, day room for late check out
the mixed drinks served at the outdoor bar were horrible
