swimming pool and gym facility were dissapointing

the location. asked for and received ground floor. asked for and received late check out.

the pool area is nice, well light and relaxing

and i specifically chose this hotel over a few others in the area because of the availabilty of a gym, and unfortunately this amenity was not available to guests at this time

had an accident in on set of sheets, she said she would but that her sheets were still in the laundry room and not ready, so i said, we where taking the kids to the fair, but would be back in a

value, free parking, granted early checkin and late check out upon request close to the interstate, restaurants, gas station, supermarkets and

our two dirty towels and bring them back to the front desk, accompany the front desk agent to the laundry room to turn in my towels to recieve two new ones

wish they had a larger breakfast

really complain about anything, the only thing i can think of is towels for the pool weren't always available

we paid extra for late check out and we still have three people knock on our door asking if we were leaving before 11
