i hated that the pool is closed. that was 1 of the main reasons i booked at that location

and they could not find it so i had to wait in the lobby for quite a while i asked for a late check out i had some issues with my kidneys and whenever we were leaving a male staff member

early check in was amazing, we were able to rest after our drive from fort smith

i almost forgot…laundry facilities permanently closed at this location

the hot tub was cemented up and the gym was not accessible either

breakfast could have been better but it was as good or better as most.

the front desk to notify them of the noises they only had the explanation will your next to the gym and you re going to hear a lot of

the oliver was so generous to allow us a very late check out so we would not be rushed for time to get ready

the staff is very accomodating and when i overslept they allowed me a late check out.

apparently 130am is a good time to do laundry and slam doors

washer and dryer are old and terrible. soap on clothes after washing. $20 pet fee per night.

was no wifi working and there was no breakfast which i had specifically requested when

the last thing that i didn't like was the fact that the wifi kept dropping every 20-30 mins

room service to empty the trash containers, replenish towels, replenish in room amenities like

wifi was awful.

the pool was ok, but the spa/whirlpool area was a joke. not hot enough and jets were lame.
