get ice, you had to wait for the concierge to be available to give it to you from the kitchen because there is no ice machine

asked for fresh towels and was given damp towels like they wasn't done drying crazy had a laundry room for guest but no of the dryers worked at all booked a room with 2 queen beds and got 2
