find a warm swimming pool apart from in the spa which you have to pay 25 euros to use

there is a private gate into the marina where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, the hotel is literally a 3 minute walk into the marina with all the hustle and

a great team there and even though some areas are not yet finished and in use (indoor pool/gym area) it does not affect the stay

) it would be nice if the snack bar stayed open a little later, but the hotel is so well situated, it's not really a problem

playground for kids, play room, gym and the pool

teens area and gym needs to be renovated. no ac in the gym...

it was good to chill out overlooking the sea with the option to cool off in the pool without all the usual hustle and bustle

pool bar service is a little slow, all the staff are lovely but at times it would take a very long time

outstanding freshly prepared and beautifully presented breakfast around a large table enabling us to share experiences with other guests

a fabulous 4-course breakfast every morning was just a delightful start to our day

finally as we are deco lovers our suite with a private pool was amazingly decorated and functional too

the beddings, the wall art, the local gofio and orange sweets for breakfast—casa de las flores is an oasis

fabulous location, great clean pool area, nice area, secure, friendly, comfy bed.

that did not work well- could not get bar to take money from credit as it was less than 46e

we had breakfast only and it was very diverse and tasty

the day bar/snack bar was excellent

the large pool was also heated, wouldn’t be an issue in the summer but felt it in the winter

every thing the staff especially the hotel the location the pool the entertainment

not use the fridge or kitchen pillows were very thin and uncomfortable mattress was very hard music played in the house

that can’t use the kitchen.

for 20 euros a day, and they have a private chef that coocks all the meals and cleans all the kitchen and the dishes

it’s unfortunate that guests cannot make use of the kitchen or fridge.

they have a “all inclusive” approach, so the kitchen and fridge are not be used bt guests

the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living space was generous

our suite had a lovely new kitchen and the bathroom was immaculate

were ants in the living area (kitchen/living room but not the bedroom) which is a bit annoying but to be

air con, tv , kitchen area

comfortable apartment, kitchen area had everything we needed, extra large bed and lovely view of the pool and sea

the wifi did not seem to be very fast. in fact it didn t work.
