room was large with 2 double beds, kitchen area and small sofa, furniture had seen better days, good location for the trip to grand

the canyon cafe, when you have a room on the main floor and have to listen to the clanking of the kitchen staff all night will not recommend this to

the hotel, though a little dated, was clean and perfect for family traveling with kids

no laundry at the hotel. we had to go to the campground to do wash. minor inconvenience.

minimal complaints: no dish soap available in the kitchen

the suite we had was lovely; kitchenette, living room, king bed in bedroom and very nice bathroom

they upgraded our room to a suite with kitchenette and fireplace for no charge

a paid laundry facility is available, which is very convenient after a long day at the grand canyon

it is very clean, the staff goes above and beyond, the wine and beer bar in the lobby is very relaxing, they have an assortment of games, a pool table, etc

staff were helpful and a bar in the lobby which was cool

booked a 3 rooms, one with a kitchenette, but we got 3 plain rooms, without a microwave and fridge
